This is an age old remedy. For this you would need one tablespoon of gram flour and one tablespoon of lemon juice. Mix it well to get a smooth paste. This is one of the most popular remedy to lighten the dark knees and elbows. You would need a half lemon and one teaspoon of sugar. Now dip the lemon halve into the sugar and scrub the affected area gently till the sugar melts. Wash off later with cold water. Sugar is known as a natural exfoliator.
