3. Almond, Dried Date And Cardamom

A mixture of almonds, dried dates and cardamom is beneficial for people suffering from jaundice. Soak four almonds, one dried date and two small cardamoms overnight in hot water. Next morning, remove and discard the seed from the date. In a blender, put the almond, dried date and the cardamom and make a paste. Mix some sugar with the paste and take it daily.[3]

4. Tamarind And Plum

Tamarind mixed with plum can be given to jaundice patients for improving the liver function and reducing nausea. Overnight soak in warm water 100 grams of tamarind and 50 grams of dried plum. Next morning, discard the seeds and mash the ingredients to extract the juice. Take the juice with a little black salt several times a day.[4]
