A Nice Morning Prevents Fatigue

To deal with the stressful mental and physical activities that lie ahead of you, the manner you spend the first one or two hours after waking up is most important. After having a sound night’s sleep, you will wake up in the morning feeling refreshed. It is pertinent to continue the fresh and serene feeling in the morning hours, before your indulge in your routine task.

A well-planned morning and breakfast schedule will energize you for work.

Have a colorful morning

Bright and warm colors will boost your mental vibrancy. As soon as you wake up, make sure that your eyes first see some bright colored objects. You might hang a colorful picture on your bedroom wall, or simply add bright shades of red, pink, yellow or orange to your bed sheet, pillows or blankets. Similarly, your breakfast should comprise of colorful fruits and juices, which will not only invigorate your mind, but the antioxidants present in them will be beneficial for your health.

Go for a walk

The early morning hours are the best time to go for a brisk walk. Head to the nearest park, and spend some time amidst nature. The greenery around you will rejuvenate your mind. You can also inhale some fresh oxygen, which is always missing in the polluted city atmosphere. If you have a garden in your backyard, you should spend the morning here. According to a Harvard University study, watching fresh flower bouquets after waking up can lift your mood, which will last throughout the day. This is the best time to get your daily vitamin D supply from the soft sunlight.

Meditation

To retain your calmness, spend at least fifteen to twenty minutes, meditating at a quite spot in your room. After meditating, close your eyes and plan your tasks for the entire day. Meditation will boost your positive thinking capacity, helping you to arrive at appropriate decisions.
