The coconut tree is known for its usefulness. Every part of the tree, be it the trunk. The leaves, the coconut itself, and even its waste make for a variety of uses. Coconut water is most refreshing during the warm months. Not only is it very nice to drink, but also helps purify the blood. It tones the blood and removes burning sensation. Coconut water when mixed with one teaspoon of sugar and pinch of cardamom powder is a good cure for nasal bleeding.
