Apple Cider Vinegar for Beauty

It is said that an apple a day keeps the doctor away. Therefore, we can easily expect that vinegar made from apply juice will be packed with immense health benefits.

For centuries, apple cider vinegar is used as a popular home remedy for several common ailments. Even Hippocrates, the father of modern medicine, had prescribed apple cider vinegar as a powerful health tonic.

Apple juice is fermented to make hard apple cider. Apple cider vinegar is produced by fermentation of hard apple cider. Apple cider vinegar contains all the beneficial nutrients of the apple fruit. The fermentation processes give it some more beneficial enzymes and acids. Hence, apple cider vinegar is packed with ingredients essential for our health.

Skin Care

Acid cider vinegar can be used for curing several skin ailments. It is useful to remove acnes. Add two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to a glass of water. Dip cotton in this apple cider vinegar solution and apply it on the acnes three to four times each day.

Within a few days, your acnes will be cleared. Adding a tablespoon of horseradish juice to the apple cider vinegar and water solution will further escalate the healing process.

Apple cider vinegar is also effective in reducing age spots, blemishes and discoloration of the skin. Mix one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to one teaspoon of onion juice, and apply this solution to the dark spots on your face. The dark color will gradually fade with regular application. Apple cider vinegar can also be used for treating suntans.

Apple cider vinegar can be used for treating burns and pains associated with burns.

Hair Care

Apple cider vinegar can help to clean and condition your hair. Add about 75ml of acid cider vinegar in a liter of water. After washing your hair, rinse your hair with this apple cider vinegar solution. This will make your hair soft and shiny. Apple cider vinegar also helps to reduce dandruff, arrests hair fall, prevents baldness and cures itchy scalp.

Weight loss

Along with regular exercises, you can include apple cider vinegar in your diet to lose weight without any side effects. According to a study, it might take two years to lose 30 pounds of weights by consuming apple cider vinegar. Prepare a mixture by adding two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water, and drink the solution before each meal to reduce weight.
