Baldness in Male
Every human has to face thinning hairs at some point of life. Thinning of hair happen in women also however, it is predominant in male leading to baldness. Baldness can be delayed, if not avoided all together by knowing the reason of the baldness.
Lacks of Proteins – Lack of proteins in diet expedite the process of balding in men. It is proven that protein rich diet has the potential to delay the balding process. Soy, cottage cheese, sea food are rich in proteins and should be included in daily diet. Healthy food and exercise keeps the body healthy.
Genes – Sometimes, early baldness runs in the family and hence it becomes harder to avoid balding.
Growing Age – Increasing age is also a major reason for balding. Hair growing cycle becomes less in frequency and the speed of growth of hair on scalp becomes less. Hair tend to get thin with age.
Markets are flooded with the products claiming to evade baldness. Such products are very expensive and do not serve the purpose always. Most of these products are known to be forged. There are some treatments which can be tried however; consultation with the dermatologist should always be considered before starting with any kind of medication.
Two type of medication can be practiced for thinning hair: topical medication in which the medicine is applied on the balding areas or oral medication which involves the intake of the medicine. Two topical medicines which are known to be quite effective are Rogaine and Crudoleum.
Crudoleum is the mixture of crude oil of Pennsylvania with tea tree oil and other oils. It is applied on the balding areas of the scalp. It increases the blood circulation in head and augments hair growth. The result is observable after 6 months. Rogaine is another topical medicine.
