Basic yet Important Eye Care.
Eyes are the most beautiful gift to human beings. They speak and yet are quiet; they are moist, yet dry. They are splendid and attractive; subtle and distractive. In today fast life we ignore that our delicate eyes pay a lot, in polluted and dusty cities.
When you wake up in the morning, wash your eyes with normal water or amla water as it rehydrates the tissues and you get sparkling eyes. You also need to wash your eyes at least thrice a day. Do not scratch or itch them and use medicated eye drops when you start itching.
Tired and gloomy eyes can apply cucumber slices and potato slices to wade off the dark circles. Green vegetables and vitamin A is very important for your retina. You may also use homemade kohl as it relaxes your muscles, cooling them. When distressed or tired, rub your palms, making them warm and put them against your eyes. This shall relax you.
Walking is a great exercise. It lowers blood pressure and increases blood supply to your eyes. Rose water is also soothes your eyes. You may crush white onion and ginger; add three- five drops of rose water and half a teaspoon honey. This solution will give you a burning sensation for a second and then will clear your vision.
You also have to remove your make up with a cleanser and then rose water, after that wash your face so that the chemicals do not harm your eyes. Do not apply sunscreen or sun block around your eyes, their molecules and SPF damages the skin causing burns.
