Beautifying The Face Naturally

November 14, 2008

The face is the window to the personality. What our face reflects is key in making a first impression. You don’t need to have flawless features or the nest complexion. All that is required of you is healthy, glowing skin and a warm smile. Simple tips should make it easy to accomplish.

Mash a banana and apply to the face. Leave this on for about ten minutes and wash off with some lukewarm water. This will leave your skin baby soft and glowing.

Water is the best remedy for the skin. It keeps it clean and germ free, reduces unwanted fat deposits and puffiness on the face, and also improves its texture. Make sure you drinkat least two litres of water every day. Wash the face with clean, cold water as often as you can to keep it fresh and allow the pores to breathe.

Exercise the face and mouth regularly. Use simple strecthes of the mouth by smiling broadly. This will help the areas of the mouth and eyes. Well exercised muscles retain their tone and quality better, and delay ageing and wrinkling of the skin.

Mix some lemon and honey in equal proportion. Apply this to the fce and massage for about ten minutes. Wash off. You will see the skin lighten and pigmentation reduce greatly.

Juice of the watermelon is a very good remedy in removing scars, blemishes and also makes a good refresher. Squeeze watermelon till the juice is obtained and apply on the face. Leave on for about fifteen minutes and wash away with hot water. Splash some cold water on the face once done.

Apply olive oil on the face once or twice a week. Let it soak in while you have a shower, and absorb excess into a tissue once done. This is one of the best moisturisers for the skin.
