Beauty Recipes Using Coconut Milk

Coconut milk can produce wonders on your skin. It helps you to get smooth soft and glowing skin. It is also a good treatment for dry skin. Coconut milk can also be applied on hairs and it gives lustrous hair growth.
It also helps you to stop unnecessary hair loss and also removes the dandruff. Here are some recipes of coconut milk for beautifying your skin and hair.
Mix a mashed avocado with enough coconut milk till it makes a fine paste. Apply this paste on the hair and scalp and leave it there for 15 minutes. Then rinse with cool water.
Hair Oil
Get a cup of coconut oil, one cup coconut milk, five teaspoon brahmi powder, two teaspoon aloe vera and one teaspoon basil leaf paste. Mix all ingredients well and heat them in low flame with constant stirring. When the oil begins to fume add some grains of fenugreek and when it starts popping up switch off the flame.
Sieve the mixture and store in an air tight container. Apply this oil once in a week and keep it there for 30 minutes and then wash off. This will give luxurious hair growth and will also remove the dandruff and hair fall.
Moisturizer
Take a cup of rose petals and mix it with half cup rose water and half cup coconut milk. Fill your tub with luke warm water and add this ingredients in to the water. Soak yourself in this mixture for about 15 minutes. This will leave your skin soft and glowing.
Apply fresh coconut milk on your skin and massage slowly for half an hour. This will help you to avoid skin discoloration.
Take some coconut milk in a bowl and to this add little almond powder and honey to make a thick paste. Spread this paste on your face and wait for 15 minutes.
Mix coconut milk with powdered red sandal wood and make a paste. Use this paste on your face and hold it for 20 minutes and then rinse off.
Take half cup brown rice in a bowl and to this add one cup warm water and keep it for one hour and then sieve through a coffee filter. In a blender take half of a chopped cucumber, quarter cup of pumpkin and two teaspoon coconut milk and blend then well for 30 seconds. To this mixture add rice water and blend it again for 15 seconds. Then apply this on your skin and wait for 15 minutes. If possible wrap your skin with a plastic paper and then rinse with warm water.
