Grape seed oil is a powerful source of antioxidant compounds. Oligomeric procyanidin, a type of flavonoid present in grape seeds, is one of the most powerful antioxidant compounds. The antioxidant action of oligomeric procyanidin is 50 percent greater than that of both vitamin C and vitamin E. Grape seed oil also contains modest amount of vitamin E, another powerful antioxidant.
These antioxidant compounds prevent heart diseases, cancers, delays aging process and protect the brain cells from age related degeneration.
Improves capillary action
Grape seed oil promotes capillary function. The plant compounds present in it improves the health of the capillaries. Grape seed oil helps to improve blood circulation. It could prevent capillary damage. Moreover, capillary damage could be treated with grape seed oil.
Lowers cholesterol
