Pulp of Strawberry – Enzymes present in strawberry makes the teeth white. Mash the strawberries and apply the pulp on your teeth and keep rubbing for few minutes. Clean your teeth with water and then floss to remove the seeds of strawberry.
Baking Soda – Baking soda possess the stain removing properties. Apply baking soda on your toothbrush and brush teeth with it. Rinse properly. Stains of caffeine on teeth can be removed by mixing common kitchen salt in baking soda and then brushing teeth with this mixture.
Lemon – Lemon is known to a natural bleaching agent. Lemon juice has teeth whitening properties. Mix lemon juice with common salt to form a paste. Apply the paste on toothbrush and brush your teeth with this. After brushing, rinse with cold water. Baking soda can be used as a substitute to make the mixture effective.
Vinegar Apple Cider – Apple cider vinegar makes the yellow teeth white, however, you have to endure the foul taste of it in your mouth. Mix apple cider vinegar with baking soda to make a paste Brush daily with this paste and rinse with water.
Bay Leaves and Orange Peels – Mix bay leaves and orange peels powder and apply on your toothbrush. Brush with this and rinse with water. This helps in making teeth white.
