Bulimia is an eating disorder in which the patients tends to eat too much or bing and then try to vomit purposefully to avoid weight gaining. This disorder is commonly seen in young women and in those people who have low self esteem. Most of the people having bulimia don’t have any control over eating and they may eat food secretly. Also Most of these people choose high calorie food.
There are two types of bulimia, purging type and non-purging type. In non–purging type the people after overeating may go for vigorous exercise or fasting or crash diets to avoid weight gain. While in purging type the people will remove the food by vomiting, using laxatives, diuretics, enema etc. Bulimia leads to electrolyte imbalance in the body, malnutrition, low potassium level leading to kidney failure, abdominal pain, sore throat, acid reflux etc. The tips may aids you to avoid your bulimia.

St. John’s wort
