Gently pull your eyelashes and eyebrows at least two to three times a day. This may help you to remove the dead or partially dead hairs from eyelashes and eyebrows. This in turn boosts the growth of new hairs in place of the lost ones and the new growth will be stronger than the lost hairs. For pulling the hairs hold them in between the thumb and forefinger and pull them slowly. While pulling the hairs take care to avoid pulling the hairs hardly.

Brushing

Brush your eyelashes and eyebrows daily with the help of a small eyebrow brush. This will enhance the blood circulation and thus promotes the growth of the hairs.

Olive oil or Lanolin

In order to promote the growth of eyelash and eyebrow you can apply lanolin or olive oil on eyelashes and eyebrows and give them a slight cold and hot compress alternatively. Practice this daily during morning and night and care should be taken to avoid any injury that may cause problems to the delicate structure of the eye. You can also substitute olive oil with Vaseline, almond oil or coconut oil.

Castor Oil

Take some castor oil and get a cleaned and dries mascara wand. Dip the mascara wand in castor oil and ward off the excess oil by tapping the brush. Then apply the castor oil on the eyelash as you do with mascara so that the eyelash will be having castor oil from the root to tip. Also apply the oil on the eyebrows starting from the inner corner to out. Leave this oil overnight and wash off with mild soap during the next morning.

Rub your eyebrows with little egg white and this may help you to nourish the eyebrows. This may cleanse the eyebrows too.
