Do you like hot and spicy food? Cayenne pepper, an important ingredient in many Mexican and Asian dishes, not only makes the food hot, but it also has immense health benefits.

Good for the heart
If you want to keep your heart healthy, try to get used to the hot cayenne pepper. Cayenne pepper is capable of reducing high blood pressure and bad blood cholesterol. It instantly improves the blood circulation in the body. It is believed that cayenne pepper is perhaps capable of preventing a heart attack.

Cure for cold
Cayenne pepper can help you to cure your cold and cough faster than most popular medications. They are packed with vitamin C, which helps to prevent cold by strengthening your immune system.

Constipation remedy
This is a little known use of cayenne pepper. Add 1/8 teaspoon of Cayenne pepper to a glass of water and drink it to ease bowel movement. If you sprinkle cayenne pepper to your food everyday, your constipation problem can be cured.

Cures minor wounds
You might be frightened by the idea of sprinkling cayenne pepper powder on wound, but this will help to stop bleeding instantly.

For rejuvenation
If you are feeling tired, eating cayenne pepper can invigorate you instantly. Cayenne pepper is a rich source of potassium, calcium and vitamins A, B and C. All these nutrients are essential for preventing fatigue

Pain cure
Cayenne pepper is capable of reducing muscles pains. People suffering from arthritis can benefit from this hot spice. Cayenne pepper based pain relievers can be used for reducing muscle pains and headaches. To cure a toothache, soak cotton in cayenne pepper oil and apply it over the aching tooth and gums. Muscles sprains can be reduced with this spice. Take a tablespoon of cayenne pepper powder and mix it with apple cider vinegar. Heat this solution and apply it on the sprain area. This will help to cure the pain.

Prevent frostbite
To prevent frostbite sprinkle cayenne pepper powder in your shoes.
