Chocolate diet can help you to reduce your weight. If you are asked to remove chocolates from your diet then you will have a strong desire to eat chocolate and you will take chocolate with some excuse. This may lead you to a guilty feeling and you may at times completely abandon your diet. This may cause complications and may affect your health.
Instead of all these chocolate diet allows you to include chocolate as a part of your normal diet. This helps you to get rid of the addiction on chocolate and also teach you to include chocolate in your diet with out gaining weight. Here is a model chocolate diet for you. This is a low calorie and high fiber diet that helps you to lose weight.
Diet
Chocolate diet is the same for every day and in order to avoid the monotonous feeling you can change the fruit varieties. Also take care to use low fat pasta sauces while making pasta.
Breakfast
Include as much as fresh fruits in your breakfast. You can even take fruit salad. Also include shredded wheat along with strawberries and non fat milk.
Snack in Morning
Take fruits and pop corn that is air popped for your morning snack.
Lunch
You can take spaghetti, salad and pasta salad for your lunch. While making pasta take care to use low fat meatless pasta sauces and that should be low in sodium content too. For salad dressing you have to use low calorie salad dressings.
Snack in Afternoon
For your afternoon snack you can eat fruit smoothie made out of one cup of non fat skim milk and pop corn. You can also include vegetable sticks in your afternoon snacks. For fruit smoothie blend half of a frozen or fresh banana and half cup of fresh or frozen peaches with skimmed milk. Instead of peaches you can also add other fruits of your preference.
Dinner
For your dinner you can take whole wheat pasta primavera salad or vegetables that are steamed and fettuccini along with garlic tomato sauce.
Snack in Evening
Take pop corn along with one ounce of chocolate.
While sticking to chocolate diet you need to drink 2 liters of water daily and you should avoid alcoholic beverages, coffee, oils, fried foods, oily fruits like avocado, coconut, olives etc. Also avoid the high sugar containing foods like dates, raisins, figs and the dairy products, red meats, seeds, nuts, junk food and other carbonated soft drinks.
