Cholesterol and Heart Diseases
Each moment, blood travels about our body through arteries or veins, else, none of our organs (e.g. heart, brain, liver, kidneys, eyes) could survive, since blood is the body’s carrying system.
It carries oxygen and other fundamental chemicals around the body to all the organs and at the same time collects desecrate and other toxins for final handling and removal. So, if one of our arteries/veins becomes blocked, causing a go-slow in the blood flow, our organs discontinue functioning and we collapse.
Increased cholesterol amongst youngsters has paved for heart ailments at a very tender age.
Easy lifestyle, imbalanced diet, junk foods are some of the prominent reasons for the heart related problems. Cholesterol blocks the blood vessels, which have a direct impact on the heart.
