We try and take care of our skin as best we can. We do our iin keeping it protected, and keeping away from dirt, dust and pollutants. We also spend a lot of time trying to bring pimples and acne under control. Still, after they are cures, we find the skin dry, dull and uneven.

It is common to have skin that has scars and is unhealthy even after the occurrence of pimples. Pimples and acne have the tendency of leaving the skin dull and damaged even after they are gone. It is best to try and avoid these problems altogether.

The diet for which we can get healthy skin. Fresh fruits, vegetables and fibres are very important for the skin, along with plenty of fluids and water.

If you still have some pimple trouble, avoid picking, and tampering with the skin since it not only causes the problem to spread, but also leaves marks and pigmentation behind, which is difficult to rid the skin of.
If you feel your skin is full of marks and dullness from pimples and acne, here is a simple solution for you.
Start by cleansing the face with cold, raw milk. Wipe clean with some cotton.

Take the jucie of of an orange and apply well over the areas that are affected. You can either use your fingers, or some cotton for this purpose. Once done, take roughly pumpled tomatoes and apply over these areas again. Now massage the skin well using your fingers. Do not use very harsh movements or too much pressure on the skin. After this is done, take a little honey and apply on the areas that you feel have blackened or appear pigmented due to this problem.

Apply honey using the fingers, and then using the tips of the fingers make small circular movements in both clockwise and anti clockwise directions. Leave all the extracts on the face to dry for at least fifteen minutes before you proceed.

Take some finely ground gram flour and make a paste using tomato pulp and a little water if needed. Apply on the face as a pack. Make sure the pack is thick, about a quarter inch in thickness. Wait for it to dry on the face completely before moistening and massaging again before you remove. Wash the face well with cold water once done.
