Curing Ingrown Hair
Every once in a while we like to let the person in us loose. Whether it is the dangerously short shorts we want to wear, or the high cut two piece bikini. It’s when we like to flaunt the figure we have taken months trying to perfect.
Very often we find many women shying away from revealing their legs. This is not only due to an unfit body. Often, it is a result of rather unsightly ingrowth of hair on the legs.
Ingrowth occurs when the hair etxends deep into the follicle and cannot come out competely clean. This is also the result of brittle hair that breaks when we try to exfoliate.
The problem of ingrown hair is not uncommon. Many people have the disposition naturally and cannot help it. The best way to care for ingrowth is to let the hair grow out completely before you try to get it off.
Ingrowth is compunded by the use of razors. While this may be the fastest and most pain free method of getting rid of body hair, it does the hair and the skin much damage. The skin tends to become rough and harden faster, and the hair becomes easily breakable, more rough as it grows out, and also increases ingrowth of hair. Avoid the use of razors as far as possible since it also accelerates hair growth with usage.
Try using a toothpick to bring the hair as far out of the skin as possible when you are depilating. This should help remove the hair from the root.
Ensure other methods of depilation like hair removal creams or waxing the skin. This will make the skin softer as creams are nourished with protection like aloe vera or other natural ingredients. Waxing removes the hair from deep within, and the growth is delayed. This also gives the most clean look and shine to the skin. Although painful, it comes laden with advantages.
Now unsightly stubbles and ingrown hair will all be things of the past. A little attention should give you smooth, clean skin to last.
