Delay Aging With Anti-Aging Diet

Certain foods loaded with these anti aging vitamins and antioxidant nutrients should be part of your age-defying meal. Whole grains and whole grain products could keep you healthy and delay the aging process. The fiber content of whole grains and whole grain products reduces blood cholesterol and prevents weight gain.

Anti aging beverages and drinks

To reverse the symptoms of aging, you can drink tea. All varieties of tealeaves are packed with polyphenol, which increases our immunity and prevents age related memory loss. Caffeine and other antioxidant nutrients present in the fresh coffee brew can protect our brain and heart from age related illnesses. Moderate consumption of red wines could prevent cell destruction.

Omega-3 fatty acids

Sea fish, flax seeds and walnuts are sources of omega-3 fatty acids. The anti-inflammatory property of omega-3 fatty acids protects the aging body from a host of illnesses. Omega-3 fatty acid protects your brain and heart. It could also lift your mood and prevent depression.

Soy

Plant foods containing phytoestrogen could delay the aging process. Soy is the most commonly available food that contains phytoestrogen. Nearly every bean and legume contains age-defying phytoestrogen.
