For hair
Take 1 glass of water. Add some gelatin to it. Bring it to a boil. After cooling, add juice of one lemon to it. Store this mixture in a spray bottle. Spray it regularly on your hair to give a shining, glittering look.
Boil 100ml of coconut juice; when the oil begins to separate add two teaspoons of dried amla(gooseberry) and juice of one lemon. Use this mixture once every week.
Intake of foods rich in vitamin c is essential for hair care.
Coconut oil is an ideal moisturizer.
For body
Add some powdered sugar to your bathing soap, and rub it all over your body. Sugar is an excellent scrub material. It helps in removing the dead cells and improves blood circulation.
Rub few drops of any oil all over your body after bath, it helps in restoring the moisture.
Make a paste of 5 almonds. Add a teaspoon of turmeric, 2 teaspoons of milk and a teaspoon of lime juice. Apply this pack on your face. It acts as a sunscreen. Citric acid of the lemon controls the melanin action.
For hands,take a small bowl of hot water, and add some corn flour and few drops of honey to it. Use on both hands.
To remove the yellowishness of your teeth, add some salt to your toothpaste before brushing.
For beautiful looking lips, apply some potato juice mixed with buttermilk twice a day on your lips. It makes them soft and pink.
