Easy Ways To Smooth Skin

December 24, 2008

Very often, we find our skin rough and full of reactions. Often, after routines like waxing, and other depilating processes we find the skin full of small reddish eruptions which can be rather annoying. There are also parts of the skin which are very coarse and dark. This is common around the knees and elbows. Simple care can help keep all these issues in check.

The routine involves the use of curd, apples, and bananas. Start by using raw milk to cleanse the skin and keep it fresh. Then mix the apple and curd to make a rough mixture. Apply this to the face and skin. Use slightly more pressure on the skin to stimulate it well. Take a pumice stone and use it moderately on the skin. Avoid usig very harsh motion to prevent the skin from scarring. Pumice stones can be used even while having a bath everyday to help exfoliate the skin, and also remove any pigmentation and dark patches on the skin. Wipe off the paste with moist tissue well.

Then use the banana and curd mixture. Apply on the face and use rotary movements to massage the skin. Intermittently, use a little water to moisten the mixture as it dries. Use this for about fifteen minutes on the face, hands and also on the knees.

Mix the banana and the apple and use it as a pack on the face. Leave on for at least fifteen minutes before washing off well with warm water. This will not only help your skin problems, but also moisturise the skin well. Avoid the use of soap for the rest of the day.

This simple skin care routine will help keep the skin not only smoother, but aso free from spots and pigmentation. This can be used once a week and produces great results in keeping the skin glowing and youthful.
