Eat Grapes for Good Health

Epilepsy & Alzheimer – A patient of epilepsy should consume a minimum of two glasses of fresh grape extract daily for 3 months to get permanent rid of epilepsy. It is recommended to eating grapes several times a day to prevent development of Alzheimer’s disease.

Chemo Deterrent – Resveratrol, a dietetic ingredient found in grapes wields an extensive range of medicinal activities. Resveratrol is as a valuable means for cancer chemo deterrence owing to its capability to obstruct several steps involved in course of carcinogenesis. Especially, consumption of red grapes results in slow intensification of prostate cancer cells and encouraging apoptosis.
