Eat Right for Your Blood Type
You may have noticed that certain people can eat what ever they want with out having any problem while others if taken the same food may have bloating, heartburn, gas etc. This is because different people have different blood groups and depending on their blood group they need different types of food for being healthy.
There are four different blood groups called A, B AB and O. The blood group O is found to be the universal donor and is a common blood group while blood group AB is a very rare group.
Blood Group O
People having blood group O are having the hardiest digestive system and hence they can easily digest animal proteins. Their stomach may produce more hydrochloric acid which helps them to digest animal foods. They can also digest fruits and vegetables while carbohydrates and diary products are not good for them.
The wheat products that contain gluten may cause more trouble to them. People with O blood group have to avoid coffee as coffee trigger the production of more stomach acids instead they can drink green tea. They have a tendency to have low thyroid and hence include sea food in their diet to get iodine.
Blood Group A
People having blood group A have a fragile digestive system and hence they remain healthy with vegetarian diet. They prefer to have fruits, legumes, vegetables, whole grains etc. They have difficulty in digesting animal protein and diary products as their stomach produces very less hydrochloric acid. If they take animal and diary products then it may get rot and ferment inside their stomach and thus leads to the development of bacteria which distress the digestive system.
Blood Group B
B blood group people have a digestive system that can tolerate almost all foods with certain exceptions. They have some kind to intolerance to food that contain gluten as gluten may cause a decrease in their blood sugar level and makes them hypoglycemic. They are lucky people to who can enjoy the diary products but too much of diary products may increase their weight.
Blood Group AB
People with AB blood group have a combination digestive system of blood group A and B and hence take a combination diet of A and B blood groups. Similar to A group people then can’t take red meat as they don’t have enough stomach acid to digest them still they need a little in less frequency. They have to avoid cured and smoked meat and can include lamb, rabbit, mutton and turkey.
