Eyes have the potential to enhance the beauty and if not taken care properly, they can also make a gorgeous face look drowsy. Taking care of eyes is not a herculean task. It only requires little deliberation towards the diet and a slight change in daily habits. With these small changes, eyes sparkle adding a lot of beauty to the face.

Diet should always comprise of vitamin A, B and C. These are considered crucial for care of eyes. 8 to 10 hours sleep is a must for healthy eyes. For tired eyes, splash the eyes with water and then put cotton pad soaked with rose water, cucumber juice, or weak green tea solution for rejuvenating the eyes. Leave the cotton pad for fifteen minutes. It is must to avoid the strain on the eyes to make them feel less tired.

Follow the following tips to reduce the strain on eyes.

Reduce Strain on Eyes:

• Avoid working in soft light, work in bright light.

• Do not red while travelling. Motion puts strain on eyes.

• Blink frequently as it provides lubricant to the eyes.

• Don’t rub the eyes.

• Use sunglasses while going out in sun to avoid the strain on eyes.

Eye Exercises:

• Move your eyeball up by looking at ceiling and bring it down and look at floor. Do this ten times. Blink fast to give rest to eyes.

• Make circles with eyes in clockwise and anti-clockwise manner. Do it for 5 times.

• Cup the eyes with palm for a minute and then slowly open and stare in darkness.

Eyebrow and Eyelashes Care:

• Brush eyebrows and eyelashes regularly with eyebrow brush.

• Massage eyebrows and eyelashes with almond oil or olive oil to improve the blood flow and hair growth.

• Clean eyebrows with egg white.
