Now a days people are working for long hours and many times they sacrifice their sleep for working. This may leads to fatigue which is a feeling of tiredness or feels like burned out completely. Fatigue can be temporary or chronic.

Temporary fatigue can be treated with adequate rest while chronic fatigue needs comprehensive treatment plan. Fatigue is common in those people who are perfectionists and those who have compulsive behavior.

The major causes for fatigue includes lack of rest, lack of sleep, lack of sufficient food, anemia, intestinal parasites, allergy towards foods etc. Other factors that leads to fatigue includes mental tension, liver damage, infections, reduced thyroid function, low blood pressure, diabetes, nervousness etc. Here are some tips that may help you to overcome the fatigue.

How to Overcome Fatigue

In order to overcome the fatigue first thing you need is to know the reasons that cause fatigue.

Nutritious Food

The person who is suffering from fatigue must eat nutritious food that gives them sufficient energy. Cereal seeds like wheat seeds, corn seeds, rye seeds, barley, maize seeds, oat seeds etc can provide you with enough energy  to relieve the fatigue. You need to take nuts, green leafy vegetables, fruits and vegetables that aids in boosting your energy level. Drink a lot of water daily to keep yourself hydrated. Avoid caffeinated products as it may lower your energy level after the initial flare up.

Dates

Dates are considered as one of the best home remedy for fatigue. Immerse five or seven dates in half cup of water for the entire night and on the next morning remove the seeds and crush the dates in the same water. Take this date essence at least two times a week.

Exercise

In order to overcome the fatigue you need to exercise daily for 30 minutes. This may help you to produce endorphins with in the body which in essential for maintaining a feeling of well being.

Sleep

Make a sleeping pattern and sleep daily at fixed time and wakes up at a fixed time. Take at least seven hours of good sleep at night. This may help you to relax and reduce the stress.

Whenever you feel tired treat your symptoms as early as possible and keep yourself healthy and relaxed.
