Sardines

The ample quantities of vitamins and lycopene found in tomatoes greatly contribute in decreasing risk of developing cardiovascular ailments and disorders. It is advisable that a person ought to consume tomatoes in every serving during a day for healthy heart.

Soy

Consuming a glass of soy milk or soy nuggets fulfills much of protein requirements for vegetarian people. The protein obtained from soy products is widely acknowledged as a best source to substitute the meat products. It is advisable to include at least one serving of soy products in daily meals to prevent heart ailments.

Dark Green Leafy Veggies
