We all have grown to believe that our good health and happiness are a careful accumulation of virtues we have been practicing over the years. While there may be truth in this statement, there are some foods that help boost instantly.

Chocolates are a food that not only help lift spirits when you are down, but also help in improving memory. The care that must be exercised is to make sure that your intake is limited. Avoid having over four of chocolate on any given day.

Greens are great foods. Not only eating them, but even having them around and being able to look at them is an instant feel good factor. They help in relieving aches and pains, and also in recovering better. It has been found that plants have a strange therapeutic effect that enables them to help you get over pains and ailments faster.

Keeping your teeth clean is another important way to keep yourself healthy. It helps in cutting the risk of heart attacks and prevents the arteries from getting blocked. Don’t feel too lazy to brush twice a day and floss your teeth regularly.

Green tea and chamomile tea have been found useful in releasing muscular cramps and spasms. Drink plenty of mild teas to keep yourself healthy and your body toned and in shape.

Cereals are very good breakfast foods. However, there must be some attention pays to the kind of cereal you buy. It could just be high in sugars and low in dietary fibers, thereby making little or no impact on the body. Make sure the cereal you choose is also relatively low in the level of sodium it contains.

Have a mix of almonds, hazelnuts and walnuts every day. This is a great way to stregthen the heart and keep it healthier. For those who are trying to watch their weight, you have no cause to worry. These are foods that help you lose weight around your belly.
