Garlic
Garlic is found to have antiviral, antibacterial and anti-fungal property and it is found to fortify the immune system of the body. It also contains sulfur and selenium which are important for the healthy functioning of the liver. If you keeps garlic 15 minutes after peeling and prior to cooking then you will get all the nutrients present in garlic. Pounding or crushing of garlic is also found to enhance the nutrient level. Turmeric

Orange Colored Vegetables
Vegetables that have orange color like carrot, pumpkin, winter squash etc are good with vitamin C which is an ideal supporter of immune system. The beta carotene in these vegetables is powerful antioxidants that make your immune system healthy and strong.
Try to take vegetables in raw or steamed form. Over cooking may wash out the nutrients present in them.
