For Dazzling Healthy Skin

A bright and healthy looking skin is something which each one of us desire. But, only fortunate people have this nature given gift. However, if are ready to follow a regular routine to take care of our skin, bright looking skin is all yours.

Make it a point to always keep your skin clean. Do take bath twice a day.

To remove dirt and dead cells, it is compulsory to use a scrub in every two days. if you delay, the dirt gets accumulated and gets stuck in your pores, causing pimples.

Apply a natural paste and/or use face wash which contains cucumber.
Overnight use of sandalwood paste (diluted with a certain amount of water) helps in keeping your face clean.

Regular use of yogurt on your skin, lightens its color, and gives your skin a dazzling look.

If you feel, your face is getting oily, make it a practice to use a besan (chickpea flour) pack to wash your face.

Only external applications wont help, it needs to be paid attention from inside too.

Our food habits have an effect on our skin. Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily. Include food items rich in Zinc, like poultry, lean meat- they prevent occurrence of acne.

Vitamin C is indispensable for a healthy skin. Its antioxidants penetrate deep and repair the skin from inside. Oranges are rich source of Vitamin C.

Lycopene rich food items- tomatoes, pink grapefruit and watermelon protect the skin from environmental damages.

Omega-3 fatty acids found in walnuts and sea fish helps in keeping the skin hydrated.

Low fat diet also helps in keeping your skin healthy and thus bright.

Before going to bed, wash your face in lukewarm water, and dry it thoroughly with a towel. This helps your skin to breathe.

For a healthy and radiant skin 8 hours of sleep is compulsory.

With these secrets you too can have a bright healthy skin.
