Fruits Way to Healthy Skin

Fruits are considered healthy for body. Fruits possess special properties which can be well utilized for skin care. Follow the following tips to flaunt glowing skin:

Tone with Apple – Apple can very well be used as a skin toner. It has skin healing properties and can be used as skin cleanser. Dandruff can be avoided by applying apple juice to hair scale after shampooing. Apple fights the acne also.

Fresh with Lemon – Lemons are excellent cleanser and keep the skin fresh. Add lemon in bath water to get the fresh feeling whole day. Lemon slices softens the rough kin of elbows. It is natural bleach and reduces the darkness of pimple scars.

Glow with Banana – Banana has skin softening properties and mashed banana mask leaves the skin glowing. Mash the bananas, add one teaspoon honey or one teaspoon of milk powder and leave it on skin for ten minutes. Rinse the face with lukewarm water. Banana mask can be applied to all skin types. The same mask hen applied on hair scalp work as excellent conditioner.

Rejuvenate with Pineapple – Pineapple has rejuvenating properties and also acts as skin cleanser. Pineapple slice can be alternated for sponge to scrub the body.

Exfoliate with Papaya – Papaya is best skin exfoliate. Mash papaya and mix aloe vera gel and massage on body once in month. Apply for five minutes and then clean thoroughly. It may irritate skin so use carefully.

Moisturize with Peach – Peach has moisturizing properties and is good for dry skin. Mix peach with yogurt and leave on skin for ten minutes and then clean with lukewarm water.

So eat plenty of fruits and apply the remains on the skin to be healthy and glow with healthy skin.  Cut one fruit and provide nourishment to body and skin both.
