Glittering Teeth For a Beautiful You

October 21, 2008

Make-up can often help hide minor flaws our skin, ace and body might have. What, then, do we do about parts of us that cannot be camouflaged? The best solution to this is proper care.

We take great trouble in beautifying our lips, but less attention to what is contained within. Care for the teeth is important to finish the look perfectly.

Make sure you clean your teeth well and have flossed properly. Not only before you get to bed, but also after meals. This will keep the teeth cleaner and also any food particles away. Visit the dentist regularly to ensure you have your teeth checked. There are a number of cosmetic fillings and applications which can attend to the teeth without ruining aethetic value.

Another vital area of care is the breath. After all meals, make sure you use after mint to remove any smells of the food eaten. While you are out, carry with you some mint leaves or cloves that you can chew on after meals or during the day. This will refresh the breath well. It is a good substitute to mints and chewing gum available in the market as they are all laden with sugar and affect the teeth.

Cosmetic enhancements are available today that give you a small diamond det into the teeth and little accesories that can be fitted in. While this may be an attraction for some, it may be useful to remember that all these procedures are carried out by removing some enamel before they are set in place. A little beautification may cost your teeth a lot in the bargain.

More than anything else, there can never be a more beautiful accesory than a smile. It is the most effortless gesture that has the greatest impact. Give yourself the priceless gift of well-cared for teeth, and find that million dollar smile well within reach.
