Harness the power of Vitamins

Vitamins can do magic to dull appearing skin. Regular consumption of vitamins rejuvenates the skin. Vitamin A averts dryness of skin and delays ageing. It is present in dairy products like milk, eggs, cheese, butter, spinach etc. Vitamin B advances the blood circulation and complexion. It is present in yoghurt, brown bread, yeast, cereal and green vegetables. Vitamin C maintains collagen. It is present in citrus fruits, potatoes, cabbage, broccoli and sprouts.

Drink Water

Water keep the body tissues soft and takes the toxin out of the body. It generates the feeling of well being and supple. Drink at least 1-2 liters of water daily.

Their consumption should not exceed more than two cups on daily basis as they also cause damage to skin. Instead of these, fresh juices or coconut water can be consumed.
