Hair Exercises That Need To Be Avoided

Going out every evening to parties may be fun, but what with what you are trying to make your hair look great, could bring in permanent damage that would take mouths to repair.Blow drying:

Most women do not have the time to allow their hair to dry out naturally, and make frequent use of blow-dryers. It dries out the hair shafts. To ensure lesser damage, make sure you hold the dryer at least six to eight inches away from the hair, because its heat can dry out the natural oil and moisture from your hair.

Straightening, Perming, Coloring:

These are to be done by professionals and need a lot of after care.
Straightening can be done to give a permanent or temporary effect, the second one lasts only till next shampoo. This treatment is best only on healthy hair-if you have problems, please do not go for it, as the hair tends to break off when stretched. Only the hair which is strong enough to cope with chemicals should try it out.

Coloring with highlights is the trend of the season, and something, everyone craves for, but here too, owing to its tendency to dry out the hair, it brings in lots of harm if done incorrectly. all colors contain, bleaching agents which reaches your cuticle and the pigment granules found underneath.

It is best to get it done through a professional, who would know how long to leave the color on, depending on the texture of your hair.

Never forget to condition your hair. A conditioner does to your hair, what a moisturizer does to your skin. It helps to counteract dryness and smoothens the hair shafts, making it manageable, and helps prevent split ends too.

So, for a glowing, shiny, healthy and soft hair, do use every month a protein conditioner.
