Handy Make Up Hints
A common problem most people face while dressing is to choose the right make up. We know how it needs to be used, and what varieties we have to choose from. Often, we do not know how to play around with our make up to be able to produce different effects. Here are somple simlpe tips at getting your make up to have a lasting impact.
To get a stark, yet conservative finish, try accentuating only the eyes and the lips. You will not need to use any colour for your cheeks. Use only liner and kohl on the eyes to bring them out. There is no real need for any eye shadow or filler.
Then give your lips definition by using a colour to offset your skin tone. This gives a sophisticated finish and is a good choice worn to work, or during the day.
Try using some transparent lip gloss on the most prominent part of your cheeks to highlight them and give them a pinkish tone.
The use of mascara is always great. Try using many coats to give your eyes a fuller look, and make them more inviting. Getting your eye make up right means that you have little to do to your other features. Make sure you replace your mascara every four to five months.
Check for the outfit you are wearing before you decide on your make up. You might want to brighten pastel colours using some bright, metallic make up, or some subtle nudes so make bright clothes look more sober.
Instead of using conventional make up all the time, try leaving your eyes and cheeks plain for a change, and use only a little bronze or gold instead. You could also try a little on the lips if you are going for a nude shade.
