Almonds contain zinc, iron, calcium, selenium, potassium, copper, magnesium, vitamin E, niacin etc. Almonds are found to reduce constipation, cough, diabetes, respiratory disorders, anemia, gall stone etc. Almond is available in two form sweet almond and bitter almond.
