This paste should be kept applied for 2 to 3 hours. An individual can also include reishi mushroom in his/her daily diet to deal with the problem of hair loss. This herb may also help in treating the problem of dry hair or discoloration of hair.

Fo-Ti

Fo-ti is also known as ‘’He Shou Wu’’ or ‘’Polygonum Multiflorum’’. Herbal tea containing this herb can be consumed on a frequent basis to reduce hair loss. Regular application of a paste created by mixing fo-ti powder and an egg on the head can help in obtaining relief from hair loss.

Ginseng

Hair loss can be reduced with the use of ginseng. Drinking tea prepared by boiling dried ginseng in water 2 to 3 times in a day can help in preventing hair loss.

Ginseng powder, crushed henna leaves and water can be used to create a paste and directly applied on the scalp on a regular basis to reduce hair loss. Application of a mixture of ginseng powder and tea tree oil on the hair roots with the help of a cotton ball 4 to 5 times in a week can provide the desired results.
