This mixture should be consumed for a minimum period of 20 to 25 days. You can also consume alfalfa tea to cure the inflammation.

Peppermint

Application of peppermint oil on the affected area can help in curing the inflammation. You can prepare a mixture by adding peppermint and lavender oil and apply it on the affected area to reduce the inflammation resulting from arthritis. You can also create a solution by boiling peppermint leaves in a glass of milk and drink this solution to obtain relief from abdominal inflammation.
