Stress is a problem of modern lifestyle. There are myriads ways of coping with stress. Nature has given us some herbs, which can be used for beating stress.
Chamomile is truly a versatile herb. In traditional medicines, this herb is used for curing delirium and nightmares. Chamomile helps our body to relax. If you feel tired and stressed, a cup of chamomile tea can help to lift your mood.
Rosemary
This common culinary herb can also act as a stress buster. Rosemary acts as a muscle relaxant. By relaxing the muscles, this herb helps in increasing blood circulation throughout our entire body, including the brain, which is the epicenter of stress.
Sage
This herb helps to boost our memory and relaxes the mind. Sage is packed with antioxidants, which fights free radicals released in our body during stressful situations.
