Herpes – Causes and Simple Cures
The skin is often faced with many problems, some of which might be simple irritations and reactions, others more serious infections. Skin problems manifest in several ways – as boils, patches, rashes and even hives. Different methods need to be adopted to cure each of these ailments seperately.
One common skin ailment has been found to be herpes. It is a skin problem that is contracted mainly through contact and lapses in hygiene.
Herpes is manily got from public places where an infected person may have left behind an infection. Herpes occurs mainly in the folds of the chin, underarms, waist, groin and the folds of the knees. The best way to cure common herpes is to make a paste of red wood and apply to the affected areas. This helps in cooling the skin and also in subsiding herpes.
Genital herpes are another form that can actually be more worrying. They occur as blisters on the genitals, thighs and buttock regions. These blisters that usually form in groups are very painful and tender, and burst at most times. The main form of transmission of genital herpes is by having sex with an affected person.
Genital herpes must be treated with care. Cleanliness and hygiene are of utmost importance. The areas can be soothed using essential oils of either lemon or lavender, or even simply castor oil. These should be rubbed gently on the skin. The roots of marshmellow can also be made to simmer in water, and used as a compress on the affected areas as often as possible through the day.
Herpes can really not be pre-empted in every way, but on your own part try and ensure that you and your surroundings are as clean as possible. Most problems stem from unclean, unkept areas. Its always better avoiding troubles than having to put up with the consequences later.
