Home Made Exfoliators

Ex-foliation plays an important role in beautifying the skin. Regular ex-foliating may help you to get rid of the dead tissues, oil, dirt and residues of the makeup. This will give you glowing skin and you can also avoid wrinkles and lines through ex-foliation. It removes the clog residues from the skin pores and prevents the development of acne. Instead of buying the chemicals from market you can make exfoliators at home.

Ex-foliating Agents

Oatmeal

You can make ex-foliating agents using the ingredients at your home. The most commonly used ex-foliating agent is the oat meal. Oatmeal will leave your skin soft, smooth and tightened. Take equal quantities of oatmeal and water and mix them well. Then rub this mixture gently on your face or any where on the skin for about 10 minutes. Now rinse off the mixture with water.

You can also mix oatmeal with fruits like limes, strawberry, lemon, avocado etc and can use for rubbing your skin. This will ex-foliate your skin along with nourishing it with nutrients. Instead of fruits you can use egg white along with oatmeal and spread this paste on your skin for about 20 minutes. Then remove the paste from your skin with slight rubbing.

Essential Oil and Sugar

You can mix brown sugar crystals with olive oil or jojoba oil and can be used for rubbing the skin. You can even use this for ex-foliating your lips. Instead of sugar you can also add salt to the oil and it will work as an excellent exfoliator that can even reduce the swellings.

Honey and Sugar

You can also mix honey with sugar and can use it for ex-foliating the skin. The honey will make your skin soft while sugar helps in ex-foliating the skin.

Baking Soda

Make a paste out of equal amounts of baking soda and water and rub your skin gently with this mixture. Or mix two teaspoon oatmeal with one teaspoon baking soda and water. Ex-foliate your skin with this mixture and rinse with cool water.
