Teeth Whitening Methods

Clean, white and shining teeth are the dream of every person. Shining white teeth is a part of beauty and personality. Long periods of ignorance leads to staining of the teeth and thus teeth become dirty in time.

Tooth whiteners help you to get rid of these stains from your teeth. There are professional treatments available for whitening the teeth but instead of choosing these expansive treatments you can make teeth whitening agents at your home. Home recipes for making teeth whitening agents are given here.

Baking Soda

Baking soda is an effective remedy for the stained teeth. You can simply roll a damped tooth brush on baking soda and brush your teeth as usual. The bicarbonate in baking soda dissolves in water to make a gentle cleaning agent. This will move in to cervices and cracks in the tooth and will remove the stains and plaques in the tooth. This will also help you to get rid of the harmful bacterial from the mouth.

Baking soda and Hydrogen peroxide

Mix 3 percent or even less amount of hydrogen peroxide with baking soda in a cup and apply this mixture on your tooth. Keep it on the tooth for about 15 minutes and then wash off.

Strawberry and Baking soda

You can use strawberry for rubbing on your teeth. You can also mix strawberry with a teaspoon of baking soda and use this mixture for brushing your teeth. This will give you quick results. In order to avoid the damages caused by the acids and sugars in the strawberry mixture you need to brush your teeth afterwards.

Lime juice and salt

Take the juice from a freshly cut lemon and mix it with a pinch of salt. Now spread this paste on your teeth and leave it there for 15 minutes.

Bay leaf and Orange peel

Dry orange peels and grind them to make powder. Mix the dried orange powder with powdered dry bay leaves. Use this mixture for rubbing your teeth.

Neem Twigs

Instead of the tooth brush available in the market you can use neem twigs as disposable tooth brush. If you practice this daily then it will help you to get rid of the bad breath and also removes the harmful bacteria from your mouth.
