The term Anorexia is referred to a condition in which an individual stops consuming essential diet or intentionally starve their body’s to loose weight despite of their skinny appearance.

Generally, Anorexia commences in teens around the inception of puberty and pose a threat to health condition due to extreme weight loss. The early symptoms of anorexia includes refusal to eat publicly, weakness, anxiety, breathlessness and elevated conscious regarding calorie intake.

It is possible for females suffering from anorexia to skip a minimum of three consecutive menstrual problems. With help of daily kitchen ingredients, it is possible for an individual suffering with anorexia to increase appetite as well as boost the digestion system to recover and gain health system back to normal.

Sour Grapes – The consumption of sour grapes in anorexia delivers exceptional results. It is best to use sour grape juice while kneading the flour prior to preparing wheat tortilla. Daily consumption of wheat tortilla for at least three weak assists in toning of stomach and increase appetite.

Lime – Lime is one of the most widely acknowledged home remedy to treat anorexia. Prepare a blend containing 1 tbsp of each lime juice and ginger juice with 1 gm of rock salt in it. It is must to place this bled under sunlight for 3 days to enhance its natural properties. Daily consumption of 1 tbsp post meals endows quick recovery of digestive system and increase the hunger.

Apples – Daily consumption of an apple stimulates the flow of pepsin in the stomach. Pepsin assists in digestion of protein and leads to an increased hunger. Apples can be consumed in form of salads, juice or raw.

Tomato and Garlic – Prepare a hot soup of fresh tomatoes with 3-4 cloves of garlic and a cup of water. Garlic due to its natural properties to stimulate the digestive system endows with extraordinary results for patients suffering from anorexia. Adding half fresh lemon extract to hot soup will enhance the taste. Drinking this soup for two times during a day provides immediate results and alleviates hunger with in short span of time.

Ginger – Approximately 5 grams of grounded ginger added with a pinch of salt should be licked once a day to treat anorexia. The usage of ginger and salt is one of the most commonly implemented home remedy for the treatment of lost appetite.
