Home Remedies To Treat Sexual Impotence

As per a study done by the researchers of USA, it has been enlighten that the males between age group of 61-70 are more prone to sexual impotency.

The study also revealed that alone in USA a minimum of 10 million males were reported to suffer from sexual impotence with at least 20 million males with early symptoms of erectile dysfunction owing to the several reasons like psychological illness, chronic diseases etc.

To treat sexual impotency naturally, the following home remedies have proved to be successful in several cases.

Garlic – Garlic is one of the most remarkable home remedies found beneficial in the treatment of sexual impotence. The garlic is known for its exceptional healing aphrodisiac properties. Daily consumption of 2-3 cloves of raw garlic assists in early recovery of overindulgence and nervous exhaustion.

Onion – The inclusion of onion in the major meals of day enhances libido and provides strength to the reproductive organs. The most useful variety for the purpose is white onion.

Lady Fingers – The 5-10 gm root powder of Lady Finger and 2 tbsp of candy sugar mixed in a glass of milk should be consumed daily for a minimum of 1 time during a day to prevent loss of sexual vigor.

Drumsticks – A soup of 10-15 gm drumstick flowers boiled in 250 ml milk is one of the widely used home remedies for the treatment of sexual impotence. Regular consumption of this soup boosts functional sterility in males as well as females.

Ginger Extract – The ginger extract is also a great home remedy to treat sexual impotency. It is recommended to consume ½ tbsp fresh ginger extract with one half boiled egg and 1 tbsp honey just before going to sleep. This blend should be consumed for a minimum of 1 month. It assists in treatment of various sexual problems like impotency, premature ejaculation and spermatorrhoea.

Dried Dates – Finely powdered dried dates blended with almonds, pistachio nuts and quince seeds in equivalent quantities can be consumed daily to enhance sexual power.

Raisins – Boil black raisins with a glass of milk in lukewarm water. Once cooled these raisins should be consumed with a glass of hot milk for at least three times during a day for best results. This remedy delivers with great results in treatment of sexual impotency.
