Herbal Heat Wrap for Stress Removal
Herbal heat wraps are widely used for relieving the stress. The herbs, aromatherapy oils etc can produce a calming effect on the body. For making this wrap you need a rectangular shaped fabric of about 4x 15 inches size. Sew the three sides of the fabric while keeping one side open.
Now take four cups of cornmeal in a large bowl and to this add one cup of herbs that includes any of these herbs like lavender, chamomile, catnip, lemon balm etc. Mix these herbs with corn meal and 20 drops of aromatherapy oil.
Fill your sewn fabric with this mixture and sew the left over side. Then keep this neck wrap on a paper towel and place it in a microwave at high temperature for about two minutes. Now wrap this neck warp around your neck and take rest. This will help you to calm your self.

Get a cup of corn oil and mix it with half cup of grapefruit juice and two teaspoon dried thyme. If desirable you can add vitamin E drops also. Apply this mixture on your body and wrap it with plastic wraps.
Plastics wraps will help you to lock the heat and thus makes the oil warmer and make it possible to penetrate easily to the body. Keep the wrap for about 20 minutes and in between you can also apply heating pads above the wrap. Then wipe the oil mixture with a towel and take a bath in warm water.
