Soy Diet for Reducing Wrinkles
Tofu
You can consume soy in the form of tofu which is a cheese like food made of curdled soybean milk. You can include tofu in most of your preparations like salad, main dishes etc.
Soy Milk

You can also take soy beans along with your salads, soups etc. You can even cook them and eat as a side dish.

You can also make a soy paste by grinding edamame and apply this paste on your face just like a facial mask. Regular application of soy mask may help you to reduce the wrinkles.
