It possesses the qualities to cure various health ailments and aids in beauty enhancement also. Few of the major benefits of fenugreek are captured here for your ready reference.

Cholesterol and Diabetes control – Fenugreek is known to reduce the level of bad cholesterol in body. It also lowers the blood sugar. It can be consumed in diet or its seeds can be taken in morning by soaking them in water overnight.

Digestion – Fenugreek flushes out the toxins out of the body and act as blood purifier. It aids in increased metabolism and reduces the chances of constipation. It also dissolves the excess mucus present in the digestive organs and cleans them.

Augment Hair Growth – Fenugreek seeds helps in preventing thinning hairs and balding. It increases the hair growth. Prepare fenugreek hair oil by boiling fenugreek seeds in water and then soaking them in coconut oil overnight. Apply this oil on the scalp daily and continue to do so for few months. Continuous usage will promote the hair regeneration.

Weight Loss – Fenugreek helps a lot in reducing weight. The herb possesses fiber which fills the stomach soon. Chew fenugreek seeds soaked overnight in water.

Skin Trouble – Fenugreek is a herbal remedy for beauty problems like wrinkles, dryness, blackheads, rashes and pimples. Make a paste of fenugreek leaves with water and apply on face. Leave it for fifteen minutes. Rinse face with lukewarm water. It cleanses the skin and provides nutrients to skin. The water in which fenugreek seeds are boiled can also be used to rinse face.

Health Benefits – Fenugreek helps in attaining the hormonal balance in women and also enhances the breast. It is used widely in breast enhancing medicines. Fenugreek seeds can be consumed to reduce the premenstrual pain and discomfort.
