Apple Cider Vinegar

Take a few drops of apple cider vinegar and apply it over the affected area using a cotton ball. Do this multiple times a day. This will help kill the fungus and will maintain pH balance of the skin.
Tea Tree Oil
Tea tree oil has strong anti-bacterial properties as it contains a constituent called terpinen-4-ol. It gets absorbed quickly deep into the skin and kill the fungus all the way from its roots. Firstly, wash the affected area with water. Then, apply a thin layer of this oil over the area. Do this several times in a day on a daily basis. This will result in clearing up ringworms in hardly few days.

Take one slice and put it over the rash. Wait for at the least 15 minutes and then wash with warm water. Repeat it several times in a day.
