Natural Cures for Prolapse of Uterus

Prolapse of uterus is referred to disposition of uterus due to suppleness of adjoining structures in pelvis. The major symptoms of type I prolapsed of uterus comprises mild pain in back, heavy menses, lost urination control, difficulty in walking, pain in lower abdominal area and burning sensation in vagina.
Prolapse of uterus is usually caused by tumors of uterus, surgical grievances, repetitive deliveries, menopausal atrophy and inadequate diet in postnatal period. It is recommended for females suffering from type II and type III prolapse of uterus to take prescribed medicines with these natural cures for effective treatment.
Avoid – Tight clothing, continuous stooping, heavy lifting, intense exercises, consumption of spices, fried food, smoking, sexual intercourse and alcohol are few things that must be restricted to promote the achievement of desired results.
Diet - Consumption of adequate diet is of utmost importance in natural treatment of prolapse of uterus. An all-fruit diet must be taken for a minimum of 5 days. It is advisable to consume petite meals consisting of ripe fruits several times a day instead of having 3 major meals. It is must to maintain a gap of at least five hours between these petite meals. These meals should comprise ample seeds, nuts, fresh vegetables and fresh ripe fruits like apple, grapes etc.
Enema – Taking lukewarm water enema post meals assists in cleansing the bowels which results in diminution of strain from stomach.
Carrot – Inserting mashed fresh carrots wrapped in a muslin bag in vagina for at least 10-15 minutes paces up the recovery procedure by healing and strengthens the supple parts holding uterus. It also aids rapid healing of female reproductive system. This technique can be repeated after an interval of twelve hours.
Workout – There are a couple of exercises that can be done to endow strength to the pelvic musculature. Simplest of them is to lye down with legs positioned on height of at least 18 inches. This exercise can be performed several times a day for duration of 30 – 60 minutes.

I have just found out that I have a prolapsed uterus. Mine is not out but about an inch inside still.
