Natural Remedy to Re-grow Eyebrow Hair
Eyebrows play an important role in maintaining the beauty of your face. More than the beauty, it acts as a barrier and prevents moisture; sweat etc from flowing in to the eyes. If you loose your eye brows it takes about 6-8 weeks for the re-growth of eyebrows. Given below are some natural methods to hasten the re-growth of eye brows
Diet
First of all you need to take a balanced diet. Eyebrows require a lot of protein for their growth and hence include meat in your diet. Other than meat wheat bread, beans, broccoli, tofu etc also contains proteins. Iron containing foods are also necessary as iron brings oxygen to hair follicles. Similarly vitamin B6, B3, A, E and C also constitute to the healthy growth of the hairs.
Aloe Vera
Aloe Vera can stimulate the growth of hairs on the eyebrows and so apply aloe Vera juice on your eyebrows. This may also help you to heal the wounds that happened accidentally or while plucking the hairs from the eyebrow. You can also make a paste out of aloe Vera juice, fenugreek soaked in water and onion juice. Spread this paste on your eyebrows and this may fasten your hair growth. Even onion juice alone may works.
Oil
Before going to sleep apply some castor oil on your eyebrow line and wash it off on the next day morning. This may help you to fasten the hair growth on the eyebrows. Instead of castor oil you can also apply coconut oil. Olive oil and almond oil is also found to be beneficial for growing the hairs on the eyebrows.
Brush your Eyebrows
Use an eyebrow brush to sweep the area on the eyebrows. This will improve the blood circulation to the eyes and thus stimulates the hair growth. Repeat this twice daily. You can also use eyebrow pencil to draw the eyebrows and this may enhance the growth of the hairs in the desired shape.
