Natural Remedy to Scars
Scars are the marks or patches formed on the skin after a cut, wound or acne. It is the skin’s natural ways of healing up. However, they look ugly and make one anxious, especially at a young age. Some scars are light and can be cured easily with a little care. But some scars are really deep and take a lot of time to heal up.
Home Remedies
Sandalwood paste and rose water
The best method is to apply sandalwood paste with rose water. It cools the skin and rejuvenates it along with clearing up the scar marks. The paste should be applied overnight and washed off next morning with cold water. Regular use of it for a month will lighten the scars.
Honey
Massage the affected area with a few drops of honey daily. It will not only remove the scar but also add a glow to the skin.
Cucumber Juice
Apply cucumber juice to the affected area and leave it for 15 minutes. Wash it off with cold water. This must be done for a month to lighten the scar marks.
Olive Oil
Massage the area with a few drops of olive oil for fifteen minutes daily. The marks will start lightening in a fortnight. Coconut oil can also be used to lighten the skin. However, using coconut oil only lightens the scar marks; it does not remove them totally.
Lemon Juice
Lemon juice has the natural bleaching property and works well to remove any scar marks and blemishes. Few drops of lemon juice are to be massaged to the skin and kept for 20 minutes. Wash away with cold oil and massage the area with baby oil. This not only ensures lightening of the scars but also guarantees a glowing skin.
Tee Tree oil
Application of tee tree oil to acne and pimples cures them spotlessly and does not leave any scar. Tee tree oil can also be massaged to the affected area to remove old scar marks.
Vitamin E
Vitamin E is best for skin and must be consumes to get rid of acne and scar marks. Application of Vitamin E oil or capsule to the affected area removes any form of scar in fifteen days.
